IND INDEPENDENT Audit Check ~ UP & 4 STAGES
IND Check ~ UP; is a special program to the working quality of the whole process (zone, water, inlet, boiler, tower, lines, outlet, waste water) which can be examined under four defined stages and with sample forms that can be found in the annexes. The most important feature of the program is that; the final stage “Prescription” report will not be prepared with any brand or product name in an offer format.
Through this special process program, the needs analysis measured by the existing applications can be provided by which only the content for improvement is shared and the transparency of the information is adopted. All measurement, analysis and presentation applications are carried out by the most culturally mature and experienced, competent engineers in the sector, with the importance and sensitivity to the corporate secrecy is regarded.
IND CHECK ~ UP 4 TECHNICAL STAGES:
A- Analysis / Analysis of Water
B- Inspection / Process controls and efficiency inspection (including metal testing)
C- Remedy / Technical & Needs Solutions Analysis
D- Recipe / Recipe presentation with unbranded product components
1 ANALYSIS
In the first stage, the entire facility is thoroughly checked and IND Check ~ UP form, which is specially developed with the experience of more than 180 heavy industry and middle industry private enterprises, is completed.
2 INSPECTION
In the second stage, the whole process is inspected; healthy working process departments are evaluated separately and reported together with their energy efficiency ratios.
3 REMEDY
The third stage is the sharing of information on analysis of the process sections that require improvement, in which there is a principle of unbranded and transparent information sharing on the contents of the analysis is applied.
4 RECIPE
In the last stage, if the process sections that need improvement are reported with the engineer and approval of technical board supervisor, the list of product components required for treatment is prepared and a special prescription is written. This recipe is not an offer letter with branded products. The report is then presented to the operating authority verbally and in writing, together with the authorized Regional Distributor engineers.
