IND CHECK ~ UP 4 TECHNICAL STAGES:
A- Analysis / Analysis of Water
B- Inspection / Process controls and efficiency inspection (including metal testing)
C- Remedy / Technical & Needs Solutions Analysis
D- Recipe / Recipe presentation with unbranded product components
In the first stage, the entire facility is thoroughly checked and IND Check ~ UP form, which is specially developed with the experience of more than 180 heavy industry and middle industry private enterprises, is completed.
In the second stage, the whole process is inspected; healthy working process departments are evaluated separately and reported together with their energy efficiency ratios.
The third stage is the sharing of information on analysis of the process sections that require improvement, in which there is a principle of unbranded and transparent information sharing on the contents of the analysis is applied.
In the last stage, if the process sections that need improvement are reported with the engineer and approval of technical board supervisor, the list of product components required for treatment is prepared and a special prescription is written. This recipe is not an offer letter with branded products. The report is then presented to the operating authority verbally and in writing, together with the authorized Regional Distributor engineers.
